Imogen's Greenhouse

 

This is the greenhouse I made.

I put my LGL plant in there.

I made it by getting a milk bottle and cutting the end off. 

Then I cut a door and put my plant in there.

I also drew some windows and a door handle to finish off.

Greenhouse - Whanau Challenge

On Sunday we made a greenhouse using wood, screws and glue and perspex. Our Dad helped us make it. Mum then helped us plant some lettuce seeds in egg containers so we can plant them straight in the garden once they have germinated in the green house.

Sarah - Auckland Farmers Market

In July, on a Saturday, I went to my Uncles house for Isaiah's birthday. He turned four years old. I stayed the night with my Mum, Dad, Nana and my brother. On the Sunday we all went to the Clevedon Farmers Market. At the market there was horses, ponies, donkeys, sheep, goats, flowers and lots of food. I got to ride on a big horse. It was amazing, awesome, pretty and beautiful. It was a girl horse. I felt really happy when I was sitting on the saddle. When i finished riding the horse I gave the horse a pat and a cuddle and said, "thank you". Then i had a yummy cream and jam donut. Then we went home.

This is me with my cat George. I like to carry him around the house, he is 13 years old in human years, he likes having pats only on his head because he is ticklish. And he his very needy.

Pom Pom Hog Hedges

Today we had a workshop on making pompom Hog Hedges (Hedge hogs). Making the pompom was quite tricky especially when we came to tie them off. Some have been to the Hog Hair Dresser for a tidy up and some are in their natural state.

I made a Minecraft out of lego an the hed can move an the wing's.

Sarah- Pom Pom Hedgehog

I got two cardboard doughnuts, put them together and wrapped them in wool. Then I cut the wool and the doughnut turned into a pom pom. I got a half circle of cardboard and made it into a cone shape for a face and tied it to the pom pom. I added a button for a nose and drew on some eyes... A HEDGEHOG!
